In Starfield, the old i9 gives a very demanding 70-80 to/s in the position process, while the friezes are much less than new 6-year-olds. However, the processor sometimes consumed about 180 watts. However, optimization was not enough for Stalker.
The tests have shown that LGA 2066 has an excellent supply for the future. For example, in working tasks, this processor captures fresh 8 -core Ryzen and 10 -core core i5. In the games, Ryzen is a little delayed behind 7500. However, it is not worth buying this kit for 25-30 thousand rubles. And the issue is a single cycle. In addition, the i9-7940X is only for the Zeon Lovers for the future.
