Magnit launched Anna digital consultant tests with vocal support to reduce staff loading and improve customer service. The pilot project is valid in several store chains in Krasnodar, Adindex reports with reference to the company’s press service.

The Anna panel is located near the service shelf on the commercial floor. The buyer may ask the wizard information about the exchange and return of the products, the price labels, solve the problem with the forgotten things in the store or inform about the tail in the payment. If the consultant cannot solve the problem himself, he will redirect the problem to the output employee.
Now “Anna” is used in four supermarkets “Family Magit” and the extra magnit supptores in Krasnodar. In the near future, it is planned to include several more large stores in the same city in the test group.
The company expects an experiment to launch a digital wizard take three months, during this time, they will end it, expanding functionality. After that, the retailer will decide the scale of the service to stores of other formats.
In October, the Magnit representative told Vdomosti about the intention of the retail sale of launching his own system to forecast demand planning and order (F&R, prognosis and replacement). The first minimally viable product (MVP) is planned to present in April.
