A study published in the International Circular Health Journal talks about health benefits associated with a sauna visit. People who regularly go to the sauna reported less pain, lower anxiety, high level of energy and happiness, sleep and less hypertension.

As part of the new study, experts interviewed 971 people between 25 and 74 years of age about their habits to visit the sauna. 66% of the people who went to the sauna were the best “general and mental health .. Moreover, they had to visit only 1-4 times a month.

The most remarkable discovery during the new study was the reduction of people in the sauna by 9.1%of the risk of high blood pressure. This means that a regular visit can prevent a phenomenon of hypertension for every 11 people.

There were also developments in the field of mental health. Sauna, anxiety and light depression, had a little more than 40%of visitors and almost 47%among those who did not visit.
