MTS
According to the information on the MTS website, you consume:

What you need to answer a beeline mobile phone
According to the Beeline website, the following are required:
▸ Beeline SIM-card, officially issued to you personally
▸ speed with support for Mobile payment functions (these are almost all functions, with the exception of some archived ones)
▸ communication expense of at least 150 rubles from the balance of the SIM card for services and beeline tariff for the entire history of use
▸ after the collection of the remaining balance money, the account must have at least 50 rubles.

Some subscribers have a ban on payments – this is the service “Mobile transfer. Prohibition” (description on the Beeline website).
To remove it, download the Beeline application, log in according to a specific number, it is important in the services section and turn off “Mobile transfer. Ban”.

▪ up to 500 purchases per day and up to 5000 purchases per month
▪ up to 15,000 rubles per day

How to enable payment from a mobile number in the App Store
iPhone and iPad next Settings -> your iCloud profile (top of the list) -> Payment and shipping.
Press Add payment method. Select an item Mobile phone and write your number.

What to do if there is no MTS or Beeline SIM card
Just ask an MTS or Beeline subscriber to top up your account, by purchasing a gift card code through the app store. The ability is suitable if you use a connection with another operator and are not ready to purchase a new SIM card.

If you receive money: sender your email address. It comes with a link to activate the funds. On your Apple device, you should automatically top up your gift card balance.

Delete previously added bank cards in the App Store
If this is not done, you may run into an unpleasant bug when the subscription money still starts being debited from the card first. The payment will not go through, and you may temporarily lose your subscription to an Apple service.
How to Remove a Payment Method from an Apple ID: organizations Settings -> your iCloud profile at the top of the list -> Payment and shipping. Click on the payment method in the list that you want to remove. Then click on the button Remove payment method.

How to add money to your Apple ID account

What to do if the payment does not go through
When choosing a payment or replenishment of the account, an error may be displayed “Mobile payment is temporarily unavailable. Repeat Jew later.”
Reason for this error:
▪ increased operator limit for mobile payments
▪ the operator has time requirements
▪ Apple has time trials
▪ Worldwide time trials
Practice shows that what can’t be done. Personally, I meet such an error out of the blue and for no reason. The operator will say that everything is fine on their side. Apple will say the same. You will not find the culprits and will simply “football” technical support back and forth, so do not waste time and nerves.
Just wait from a few hours to a few days and again, until the victorious.
If the money was nevertheless debited from the account, but did not enter the App Store and was not returned, contact the operator’s support service in the official application. But usually the funds are returned within a few days. In rare cases – up to 30 days.
