As part of the new study, experts analyzed the social research data of COVİD-19, conducted by the University of London. This work started in March 2020 and involved regular monitoring until November 2021 and then additional monitoring until March 2022.
All information was available for 49 218 people. Three of them were women.
It turned out that people often wake up in the best mood for the whole day. Currently, the smallest depression/anxiety, loneliness symptoms, as well as the highest happiness assessments, satisfaction and importance of life was. The worst of all was the participants in the midnight.
On Mondays and Fridays, the evaluation of happiness, life satisfaction and life values were higher than Sundays. Also, people felt happier on Tuesdays.
In every respect, mental health was the best in the summer months. In other times of the year, compared to winter, people, as a rule, had the symptoms of lower depression, anxiety and loneliness, as well as higher levels of happiness, satisfaction with life and sense of life.
