The residents and guests of the capital may use scooters without restrictions, which will be followed in exile in the lease and authorize the use of the “Complete account in the MOS.RU portal”, the site is indicated.
For the recording to complete, the user must confirm the identity in the MFC, presenting the passport and snil, or link the account confirmed in the “state services” to the account.
It can increase the level of account with the help of banking services: “Sberus ID”, “T-ID”, “VTB ID” and “ALPHA ID”. “The data will not have to enter: they will adjust themselves and the account will be completed automatically,” the report said.
The new rules should increase road safety. The electric vapor can be rented only from the age of 18, the verification must limit access to them for children and adolescents. In addition, innovation will help to find offenders of the traffic rules and block them in the service.
Without verification, lease services will receive a trial period during which they can make five trips. If identity is not confirmed, access to lease services will be limited to verification.
In 2024, Moscow conducted an experiment in which the maximum speed of electric scooters was limited to 25 km/ha 20 km/h. This reduced the number of traffic accidents with its participation in 48%, and the number of pedestrians is 67%, the Hospital of the Central District of Moscow reported.
