MTS has opened a new store in Moscow in the Oceania shopping center: in it, customers will be able to familiarize themselves not only with gadgets, but also with the services of the operator’s ecosystem.

Its area is more than 250 m², which is 5 times more than the sales of a classic office. The center has special areas where you can test MTS Premium subscription services.

The new showroom uses ten LED panels for goods and services. The company has developed decorative navigation lighting for Russia, which is located in the upper part of the retail space.

All products placed in the store are divided into zones: “Smartphones”, “Sound”, “TV”, “Portable equipment”, “Smart Home”, “Accessories”.

First of all, an MTS store is a place where customers can receive a high level of expertise, customer service and experience. We are coming to make sure that this level constantly grows, so stores regularly test new formats. We plan to launch ecosystem stores in several more million-plus cities by the end of the year.

— General Director of the MTS retail chain Andrey Gubanov

MTS also rethought the electronic queue specifically for this store. Enter your phone number in the terminal, add an SMS and go to one of seven zones for consultation. This way, employees can effectively advise clients.

In December 2023, MTS begins opening “expert” stores staffed by employees who have received additional training in service operators and brand use. In the future, MTS plans to open one thousand such stores throughout the country as a replacement for old retail outlets.

You can see the showroom of the new uniform in Moscow at the Oceania shopping center at 57 Kutuzovsky Prospekt.
