One of the Reddit users showed an unusual project: the iPhone SE (2022) “interior” legendary Nokia Lumia 1020 building.
The smartphone remained completely functional and now combines retro design with modern abilities.
In Lumia 1020, a processor was transferred, 12 Megapixel camera, 5G module, Taptic engine and even Touch ID, now on the back panel.
The side button of the camera shutter workers also works: to take the photo in a press again with “volume down”.
The former microusb connector was replaced by lightning, but 3.5 mm headphones had to be abandoned. Despite the difficulties with the integration of components, the iPhone in the Windows phone shell is stable.
The project has become a proof that even incompatible technologies can be combined if there is patience and engineering creativity.
