Ozon, Sbermegamarket, Wildberries, Yandex.Market and SME Corporation have signed a memorandum governing work with platform partners – sellers and owners of collection points (PIU). This is stated in the message of the SME Corporation.
The document reflects that markets must operate “on the basis of the presumption of financial integrity of their partners, apply the principles of proportionality of mutual responsibility and also strive to create favorable conditions for mutually beneficial partnerships for their partners.”
The SME Corporation will create a special section on the SME.RF digital platform, where it will accept requests from sellers of shopping malls and collection points and will consult each one.
“The Corporation is committed to monitoring each resource to trace its systemic nature and, in conjunction with the Internet sites, to take timely response actions. <…>. Our common task is to prevent fires,” said Alexander Isaevich, General Director of the SME Corporation.
KMSP also plans to discuss the most pressing issues with the markets in the near future: offers, fines and penalties for non-compliance with the rules for working with the markets.
The issue of the interaction between marketplaces and their partners became relevant in the midst of the conflict between Wildberries and the owners of the collection points, which began in mid-March.
