“In the near future, we believe that in the summer we already implement a prohibition of spam advertising, calls. At the same time, all calls emanating from organizations will be identified, ”said the Minister of Digital Development.
Minzifra also discusses the agencies of application of the law the possibility of qualifying the use of dipfacios in crimes as aggravating circumstances. According to Shadaev, it is necessary to develop domestic software that can identify dipfacios in real time.
In addition, the department is developing methods to strengthen the safety of Russian banking operations. For example, a measure is discussed that will prohibit send SMS messages with an authorization code at the time the subscriber is talking on the phone.
“There are simple things, we are discussing them: do not send an SMS with an authorization code while there is an active vocal message, that is, it breaks this connection. Send two instead of an SMS: the first to warn that fraud can be done, send the second in 10-15 minutes for the user to have the opportunity to perform these facts, ”Shadaev explained.
- Previously, the head of the Central Bank Elvira Nabiullina, speaking in the cybersecurity forum for finance, said the regulator would force banks to introduce a special button in their applications, which will allow Russians to quickly inform about fraud cases.
