The VK Holding increased its participation in the platform for the development of software and applications of VK Art LLC (former not-RTK) from 51% to 75%, RB.RU learned. The action was acquired from average note LLC Sergei Adonin. A small IT company is dedicated to the creation of the application “Culture of State Service”.

“Here we are talking about a small team of IT developers, which participation implies in the development of their own projects. An increase in action occurred according to the terms of the transaction, ”explained the RB.RU in the VK press service. The amount of the transaction was not revealed.
VK for the first time acquired 26% in the old Not-STK LLC in Rostelecom in July 2023. Two weeks later, the company bought another 25% of the “media notes” adonine, establishing control. A month later, the developer changed his name to “Vk Art Lab”.
VK Art Lab’s net profit in 2023 amounted to 29.4 million rubles, revenues – 206.8 million rubles. The company’s website establishes that it has developed and supports the mobile application of the public service culture, even for the Pushkin map.
