Yandex introduced a new generation of language model in a chat with Alice

According to the company’s measurements, YandexGPT 5 Pro is comparable in the quality of the responses with the OpenAI GPT-4O and in 64% of the cases the Chinese model QWEN2.5 exceeds to solve standard problems.

What has changed? The new model was introduced into the AIA of Alisa Pro, where the number of free consultations has increased from 5 to 20. Now Alisa Pro can write code, fulfill calculations and solve logical problems. In addition, it has become more effective to work with the text: its answers have become more precise, it better meets a given format, process better information and offers unique ideas, says the statement.
