Ivanov did not specify at what age it is planned to limit the use of electric scooters. In November, he declared that the project to introduce restrictions for children is in an active stage of discussion. Then, the minister said that the age threshold could be “14, 16, 18 years old”, but pointed out that the bill “many controversial multid -managed moments” was under the bill.
