The preferential loan of SMEs in the field increased by 12%

Some numbers. IT-MSP received preferential support through the national guarantee system controlled by the SME Corporation. The total amount of funds collected amounted to 24.7 billion rubles, of which 21.9 billion were received by companies in the development of IT consulting, another business of 2.8 billion IT in data processing, infrastructure developers for accommodation suppliers and others.

The SME Corporation provides financial support through umbrella guarantees in case of lack or absence of the mortgage entrepreneur: the guarantee covers up to 50% of the loan amount, says the organization’s website. In total, thanks to SME’s umbrella guarantees, 470 billion rubles were attracted to last year.

Loan problems. The increase in the number of preferential loans issued for the growing demand for small companies for funds provided with state support, the Kommersant said to the Voskhod investment fund. At the same time, banks reduce credit limits due to the adjustment of regulatory requirements for borrowers. “This led to the fact that many companies cannot receive loans in principle, which is especially critical for projects with a long implementation cycle that requires constant investments,” the fund explained.

• At the end of January, the SME Corporation introduced measures to support SME by 2025. A set of tools will focus on the priority sectors of the economy. The Corporation, together with the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, also developed a new support measure, preferential loans to companies in the field of the tool and robotics machine.

• According to the SME Corporation, the number of small and medium enterprises in Russia is 6.59 million.
