The programs are going to launch, in particular, “Metroy of the capital of the north”, “Transneft”, “Siber” (part of Rostc), MNK “Microesuría del Eye that bears the name Acade Ac. In general, state companies conclude compensation contracts with suppliers; It implies that the entrepreneur invests part of the profits in development. For example, according to the SME Corporation, in 2025, Russian Railways concluded four of these contracts, another: the energy company “Forward Energo”.

  • In total, during the action of the mechanism to “grow” the suppliers of state companies, 16 compensated contracts were completed for 6.6 billion rubles. Suppliers under these agreements must invest around 1.5 billion rubles in their own production. The programs launched more than 30 larger state companies, including Russian Railways, Inter Rao, Moslift, Russian Post, Rostelecom and RSHB.

  • The proportion of small and medium enterprises in the Russian economy, according to the results of 2023, increased to 21.7% (34.5 billion rubles). This has become a registration indicator since 2018.
