According to the changes in the Registry of Unified Legal Entities, to which RBC caught the attention, on February 27, 2025, Andrei Pavlov transferred 50% of Sakura Llc to his wife Maria. Previously, the employer belonged to 72.3% in the company directly and 27.7% through the Business House.

Sakura is a tenant of premises in shopping centers in Krasnodar, Ufa, Rostov-on-Don and other cities where Zenden stores are located. According to the results of 2023, the income of the organization amounted to 232 million rubles and net earnings – 232 million rubles.

Together with the “House” and “Seasonal Collection” companies, the company is part of Zenden Group, founded by Pavlov in 1997. The group is dedicated to the production of shoes and controls the networks of the Zenden stores, Thomas Munz and Mascotte.

On August 16, 2024, the Ministry of Justice recognized Andrei Pavlov in the agent. In an interview with Forbes, the businessman said he instructed lawyers to understand the reasons for entering him in the registry.

Then Pavlov added that the recognition of a foreign agent should not affect Zenden’s work:

“I have not been participating in the company’s operational activities for a long time, I do not receive money from abroad.”
