The solution is being integrated into the HeadHunter HR ecosystem of services to work with staff. His company has been developing for several years, Forbes has learned.

HRlink helps automate the candidate application process: make a job offer, upload documents for employment, familiarize yourself with local regulations and sign an employment contract.

With the help of the service, employers will be able to create an electronic signature for existing employees, draw up vacation documents, etc.

HRlink was launched in 2020, last year's revenue amounted to about 94 million rubles, profit - 25 million rubles. Among the clients of the platform are more than 500 large and medium-sized companies: VkusVill, DoDo Pizza, Samokat and Petrovich, etc.
