According to Arthur Otto, who helped for scientific work at Novosibirsk State Technical University (NST), this type of orbit has not yet mastered and the approaches to the creation of devices for them are significantly different from those used for Cubesat mini-Satellites. Considering the characteristics of low orbits, NSTU will focus on the development of satellites with new aerodynamic properties that will keep devices in orbit for a long time.
In addition, university plans to create a software and hardware complex to combine satellites, drones and ground infrastructure. The examination of the complex should be ready next year.
