As it is understood, the problem is related to the lack of Enter key on the keyboard for users with a “small” lock screen. The error is associated with Microsoft Swiftkey keyboard application. Versions of this application are uploaded to Android smartphones and iPhone, including Galaxy. Probably the problem is that only the users who use Swiftkey, not analogues – about Gboard or Samsung keyboard from Google.

Microsoft has already corrected the error that caused the problem and released the updated version of Swiftkey. It is recommended to update the application via Google Play Store.

But for that, you need to unlock the phone. Users can temporarily switch to the Samsung keyboard to overcome the error for update and enter the password to unlock the device. To do this, click the keyboard icon on the lock screen and re -enter the password to unlock the device. However, this method does not work if the Keyboard Keyboard button on the navigation panel ”settings are disabled. You can check it in the settings: General Management – List of keyboards and defaults.

In addition, there is also a way: you should open a quick access panel from the lock screen, press and hold the “Automatic Drive” icon, and then open the “automatic -dust” and “blocking screen”. After you transfer the phone to the album mode and check if the “login” key is visible.

You can connect a USB keyboard to unlock the Extreme Case-Telephone. However, if the screen is blocked more than one hour ago, the USB connection may be limited until the smartphone’s lock opens, so this method may not work at all.

Probably, these methods may also be suitable for unlocking other galaxy models.
