The Ministry of Justice requires the sale of vehicles for bloggers – a platform that connects Google’s advertising areas and sellers. Google sees the market as “impossible” without prejudice. The company’s lawyer Karen Dunn offered an alternative to change business practices and open access to advertising auctions, to maintain users’ security and privacy.
The trials in the case were planned on 22 September, where the parties will offer detailed arguments. In 2024, Google lost two cases of antimonopolis, including monopoly charges in search and advertising. Experts warn that separation may affect large technological companies such as Microsoft as potential buyers of Google technologies.
