To start Minecraft Alpha, the first version of the game, I had to reduce the resolution at a minimum and close most of the graphics settings. The result is approximately 18-20 square (FPS) per second. Modern Minecraft requirements include Windows 10, 2 GB RAM and Intel HD Graphics 4000.
8 MB is an insignificant volume compared to modern maps in which dozens of gigabytes become norms. The success of the experiment is compared with the introduction of Doom on the market on an inappropriate equipment that has become a kind of “challenge”.
