The flight, which lasted 6 hours and 8 minutes, was 800 km/h at a height of 11,000 meters. Behind the rudder was an advanced team of test pilots, including Russian heroes Oleg Kononenko and Roman Tastaev.
MS-21 is the first of the two aircraft in flight tests as part of the import substitution program. Previously, this aircraft, which has foreign systems, has undergone tests with domestic PD-14 engines developed by United Rostec Engineering Corporation.
