These steps will allow Norway to “contribute to international cooperation in the use of space space for peaceful purposes”. As the source states, Norway became the 55th country to sign these agreements based on the principles of the Cosmos Agreement. The country came third after Finland and Bangladesh, who signed “Artemis’s agreements”.
