Initially, the beginning was planned from Nasa Cosmodrome in Florida on the morning of June 11th. However, the day before the launch, SpaceX announced that it discovered the liquid oxygen (lox) leak, one of the fuel types used in rocket engines.

The problem was detected after the tests of the first stage of the Falcon 9 after a short time on the direct launch of the engines. As the SpaceX Bill HerStenmeier representative said, the leak was already observed in the previous flight of this step.

Now engineers are doing additional work to eliminate the failure. If the repair is completed and if there is leisure time in the starting training area, a new start date is determined.

The AX-4 crew consists of four people. Mission Commander Peggy Witson, an old NASA astronaut. Representatives of India (Shubhansha Shukla), Poland (Glory Sungizen) and Hungary (Tibor Kapu) will also fly.

Astronauts will remain at the station for about two weeks and will do more than 60 scientific experiments.
