The program applies to models published between 16 June – 23 November 2024, but the line as a whole was released in 2023. Owners can enter the MAC Mini’s serial number on the Apple website and check if it has fallen for free maintenance.
The program operates worldwide in three years from the moment of purchase. Apple did not explain the exact reason for the problem, and only M2 chip Mac mini models are involved in the repair attempt without considering other Mac mini options.
