To work DopPL, the user needs to upload a full length photo, then you can “try” from a real picture and a screenshot from a screenshot of social networks or online store.
The application creates a realistic image in which the selected image is displayed in a virtual copy of the user. In addition, AI can turn the image into a short video showing how the outfit will move.
Users can save, share and choose their favorite clothes. DopPL is based on Google shopping technology where virtual assembly is already tested, but it is applied as a separate application for more appropriate and interactive use.
Google explains that DopPL is a Google Labs experiment, so the accuracy of ups and details can still be different from reality.
