The new system divides shock symptoms into groups: cardiovascular, gastrointestinal, neurological and others. In addition, experts suggested to use special scales to assess how much these or other symptoms of the patient emerged.
This classification helps doctors to diagnose the disease more accurately, for example, distinguish them from depression and choose more effective treatment. Unlike the World Health Organization, which just defines general symptoms after shock, Russian scientists offered a more detailed and practical approach.
The study was conducted on the basis of observations of approximately 300 patients. Scientists also revealed the possible cause of many symptoms – the small nerve fibers on the skin, mucous membranes, and even eye cornea. Such damage can cause “fog in the head”, faults in heart rhythm and digestive problems. Previously, after Arvi and human papilloma virus, some people have been observed in some people.
Development has already received an Eurasian patent and can be used for shock diagnosis and treatment in EAEU countries.
