For heavier platforms, exemption from VAT is already valid. The document has been developed as part of national “unmanned aviation systems” to promote the production of local unmanned aviation systems. Vladimir Yakushev, Secretary of the Party General Council, stressed the importance of encouraging the development of this industry.
