Funds will buy at least 50 units of scientific equipment for construction works and laboratories. It will be at Tula State University and will be a place where students, scientists and entrepreneurs can work together. This will help science develop, launch new technologies and attract investment.
The “Composite Valley” was created in the name of the president as part of the National Project. The center will develop modern materials and environmentally friendly technologies, use computer modeling, and produce chemical components for agriculture and petrochemicals.
Such centers have been created in Russia since 2017.
