The case is linked to the judicial dispute between Mast and Openai, which began last year. The case is discussed in the Federal Court of Northern California. Recently, the judge has allowed Openai to make allegations approaching the mask.
Therefore, according to the documents, Musk and his team sent a letter to Tsuckerberg about intention and offered to discuss the possible financing. However, Meta* and its leader did not sign an agreement.
