Cameras were developed by the Central Research Electron Research Institute and operate in a wide variety of electromagnetic spectrums, up to ultraviolet infrared radiation. It is designed for use in machine visual systems and research equipment.
The foundation of the device is in a highly sensitive matrix with its rear light and enlarged pixel technology. This design allows a high image resolution at a minimum noise level and allows more light to catch.
To work in excessive conditions, the camera is equipped with a thermoelectric cooler. The sensor is placed in a hermetic cassette case filled with Xenon, which allows you to reach the temperature difference by up to 40 degrees depending on heat sinking.
As the General Manager of Electron Alexei Vyaznikov Center Research Institute indicates, cameras can be used in microscopy, astrophotography, bioluminescence studies and defect detector. The first party was already sent to customers who confirmed the performance of the devices.
