According to Holding’s press service, resonators are the main elements of the sources of highly stable radio frequency fluctuations. They ensure that the radio transmitters, microcontrollers and other electronic devices, which are required by synchronization of operations.
The scientists of the OMSK Research Instrument Engineering Research Institute were the first to develop resonators for frequencies up to 2 × 1.6 mm 200 MHz in Russia and up to 300 MHz up to 3.2 × 2.5 mm. The products operate in the temperature range between minus 60 to plus 125 degrees Celsius and have the adjustment accuracy.
For mass production, an automatic area has been created with the processing, installation and control of the parameters of the robotic line. This made it possible to reduce the cost of components from the level of analogs from Southeast Asia.
Oniip Vladimir Berezovsky, as the General Manager of Berezovsky points out, automation protects high -quality products and allows you to produce up to 300,000 resonators per year.
