The ruler of Columbia Region, the Ministry of Defense, said that the DJI, which sells more than half of commercial drones in the USA, participated in the “Chinese Defense Industry Base”. DJI claimed that he did not belong and was not controlled by the Chinese army, and asked the court to remove him from the list. The court partially rejected the government’s other claims, but in general rejected the company.
In a statement, DJI expressed disappointment and said he was thinking more legal steps.
