The earbuds will retain the body style, but Samsung has abandoned the sharp corners and triangular shape of the Buds 3. Buds 4 will be smoother and rounder.
The official announcement date is not yet known, but given that the Buds 3 is released in early 2025, the Buds 4 could launch alongside the next-generation Galaxy S26 in early 2026.
To summarize, the Buds 3 are equipped with an 11mm speaker for noise cancellation and three microphones on each earbud. They support AI functions and also offer up to 6 hours of battery life and up to 30 hours of battery life with noise reduction turned off.
