This year the Moscow region plans to purchase 428 new buses, 219 of which are under the federal program. Previously, 55 LiAZ vehicles were delivered to the region and 144 more vehicles are expected to be delivered by the end of November. 360.ru writes that all cars were purchased under a preferential rental program as part of a federal project.

The new buses meet modern comfort and safety standards. Passengers have access to USB sockets for chargers, climate control systems and information displays. Mechanical ramps and wheelchair mounting locations are provided for people with limited mobility.

The equipment of the buses includes stationary validators for cashless payments, video surveillance and fire extinguishing systems. As Mostransavto General Director Andrey Mayorov noted, when producing vehicles, the manufacturer takes into account all requirements for the level of comfort and safety.
