I happened to have a smartphone in my hands in the “Velvet Green” flower, and it is in this that it reveals itself to the maximum. The back is not glass or plastic, a panel with texture under the casing.
It breathes right away: it takes it in the hand, and the palm does not slide, but literally clings. This coating creates a “living” feeling, like on the cover of a diary or a good wallet. The green color is deep, “velvety”. In daylight it looks lighter, but indoors it turns into a dark, almost graphite green. This contrast and texture immediately attracted attention with a phone made of glass and plastic materials.
The camera unit is neatly built into the top corner and is designed to match the back panel. Reminiscent of the solution for the iPhone 15/16 Pro, but the camera has the appropriate dimensions. Two large lenses with a metal rim look carefully, but do not “protrude” from the overall picture.
The module itself has a slight sound, but not so much as to bother him. Surprisingly, the desktop smartphone barely wiggles.
The frame of the case shines and creates a contrast with the matte “skin” on the back. It looks expensive in the hand. The thickness of the case is less than 8 mm, it weighs less than 200 grams. And this is with such and such a 7000 mAh battery! (more about her later)

Realme has gone all-in here: the 15 Pro has a 6.8-inch AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate. After 60 Hz the difference will be visible immediately, but after 120 Hz only pro-gamers, who, in fact, require similar screens, will notice it.

Of course, you won’t get peak success on this screen, it’s more marketing. However, in the sun everything will always be visible.
The screen itself is curved on all sides. It looks impressive: the picture “flows” over the border, creating the feeling of an endless canvas. Personally, I’m not a fan of the tak-factor’s shape, but many will appreciate it. There were no false touches during the entire period of use. And why all? What is it “turned” the corners correctly,the palm does not touch them.
Picture richbut without going overboard: the colors are juicy, deep black, white without yellowness. In general, all the advantages of AMOLEDs.
Resolution: 2800×1280 pixels. For such a diagonal, this is more than enough: the fonts are clear, the image is not visible even on small icons. Videos from YouTube or films from Kinopoisk look as pleasant as possible.

Performance. A high-spirited monster of the middle class (and this happens)
A powerful flagship chip among mid-budget devices
Realme does not save on hardware; the company often installs powerful chips in its devices. Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 is a fresh mid-level chip that calmly handles almost everything you throw at it. 4nm architecture, frequency up to 2.8 GHz. Plus 12 GB (expandable up to 24 GB) RAM.
In AnTuTu he scores more than 1.1 million points. For comparison: last year’s “middle peasants” remained at the level of 700–800 thousand.
Games on a smartphone run completely smoothly. Genshin Impact, PUBG, Call of Duty Mobile – everything runs at a high level without noticeable drops in FPS. Considering that after 30-40 minutes of active gaming the case gets slightly warm at the top, I would roughly compare it to the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1.
Adreno 722 graphics cope even with heavy scenes. At the same time, the smartphone does not consume the battery like crazy: during the game the charge decreases by about 10-12%, which is downright cool for a high-performance chip.
In everyday tasks (messengers, photos, browser, camera, social networks), Realme 15 Pro 5G works in autopilot mode: fast and calm. Even if you keep official applications open, the system does not restart them or freeze them.
Cameras. Good for most
I have a habit of checking the camera not on test scenes, but at those moments when smartphones usually do not behave as usual. That is, in more everyday settings in automatic mode.
The Realme 15 Pro 5G makes all this surprisingly easy. The main camera has enough detail for both a sunny day and a cloudy day. The HDR adapter works: it doesn’t burn out the sky or turn the shadows into mush. The colors are slightly tinted, but not in the spirit of the mythical “Chinese”, where everything glows and sparkles.
The device also does not give up at night. Yes, you shouldn’t expect miracles, but the machine produces such results that you can safely post on social networks. The main thing is not to shake your hands, because algorithms sometimes stretch the shutter speed.
The video is shot stably, electronic stabilization copes even when walking. While running, of course, there are some jerks, but overall it’s nice to watch afterwards.
Battery. Lives very long

I knew about the Realme 15 Pro battery even before unpacking: 7000 mAh. I immediately thought it would be a brick. But no, the smartphone turned out to be closed and calmly climbed into the pocket of his jeans.
What is important: the smartphone does not heat up like a tablet during fast charging. Yes, it gets warmer, but not so much that you pull your hand away.
There’s not even anything to say here. This smartphone lives completely calmly for two days. And in a less strict mode, you can stretch even more.
For example, my daily routine. I took it off the charger in the morning, used the Telegram navigator all day that week, often called and watched YouTube. Only by midnight the charge dropped to 20%.
Even with high screen frequencies and constantly active mobile Internet, you don’t feel that the battery is leaking into your eyes. In games, of course, the expense is noticeable, but nothing critical. It will take 4 hours of continuous play to drain your brain’s battery.
