Such restrictions also apply to drinks containing caffeine – coffee, green tea. People with high blood pressure should limit their intake of these beverages.

Drinks with added sugar are no less dangerous: soda and juices increase the level of insulin and “bad” cholesterol, which negatively affects the walls of blood vessels.
