DoDo Pizza founder Fedor Ovchinnikov launched a doner franchise. Investments in the opening of each point will be from 15 to 20 million rubles. It is planned to open 50 institutions in St. Petersburg, 20 – in the Russian regions, 30 – in Kazakhstan.

Dodo Brands plans to open 100 new outlets next year: 50 in St. Petersburg, 20 in the Russian regions, 30 in Kazakhstan.
“The St. Petersburg market is at the same time small – it is quite possible to cover it in a year, but at the same time it is large and competitive, so concentrating our efforts on it makes sense,” said Octavian. Nizamov, CEO of Doner 42.
With the entry into the St. Petersburg market, the company will work out the concept to scale it more practically and conveniently, Dodo Brands reported. A single training center and a separate staff will be created in St. Petersburg to search for premises for the opening of institutions.
Investments in the opening of each point will be from 15 to 20 million rubles. The price of admission is 500 thousand rubles. Royalties – in the first and second years 1% and 2%, respectively, then – 5%. Point payback period is 36 months, specified at Dodo Brands.
The Doner 42 network has 6 partner outlets and one of its own in Moscow. There are 3 establishments in the opening stage in Irkutsk, Ulyanovsk and Novy Urengoy.
