Artificial intelligence will assess the feasibility of housing construction in Russia

RBC told RBC about the development of the Dom.rf service. The service should soon start operating in Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Krasnodar, Yekaterinburg and Novosibirsk in test mode.

The service will assess the prospects of the territories for residential development, help calculate the timing of housing commissioning, and provide a forecast of possible construction disruptions.

Dom.rf explained that the analytical model of the service is built on the basis of information on the cost of materials for construction, the dynamics of sales, including housing in the secondary market, information on the development of nearby infrastructure.

Using the service, the cost of construction can cost developers 7-10% cheaper, Dom.rf specified. Only accredited developers will be able to use the service.
