In one of the YouTube releases, the RandomGaminginHD channel specialist checked out what kind of performance the AMD Phenom II X6 1090T processor (released in 2010) can deliver in modern games. Projects tested at 1080p. Games included Battlefield V, Fallout 4, Fortnite, Forza Horizon 5, Grand Theft Auto V, Resident Evil Village, The Witcher 3.
HORSE Battlefield V at high graphics settings, the average frame rate was 67 fps, and in extremely rare events – 8 fps.
Next fallout 4 also with a high FPS preset it was an average of 47fps on very rare events – 17fps.
The game Fortnite Anti-Aliasing technology was launched at high graphics settings with long viewing distance. Average performance in it was 60fps, in extremely rare events this value dropped to 9fps.
Forza Horizon 5 also tested with a high preset. The framerate in it averages 68fps – 26fps in very rare events.
Grand Theft Auto V Run at high settings with the detail set to half. On average, we managed to get 59 fps in this case, and in extremely rare events – 19 fps.
Resident Evil Village It came with the Priority Graphics preset. Average FPS in the game was 55 fps and on very rare occasions 23 fps.
HORSE witch 3 With high graphics settings and a low preset (Low Post Processing Preset), average performance was 52fps in extremely rare events – 5fps.
AMD Phenom II X6 1090T average 58fps across all projects. In general, you can still play some games with this processor model. And both in the old and in the new, but in the second – with some restrictions.
