Apple has used a new diagnostic tool to identify unexpected iPhone reboots.
When a customer with an iPhone 11 and later comes to the service center and complains about random reboots, the employee can use the System Stability utility. It evaluates two weeks of device analytics and determines if the iPhone has indeed rebooted unexpectedly.
If an apple smartphone repair complaint is found. But if the utility does not see a problem, the iPhone owner will be asked to read a new document on the Apple support site, which advises updating iOS.
The System Stability tool is part of the Apple Service Toolkit 2. [Macrumors]
