IKEA in Russia announced the impossibility of placing orders for residents of Moscow. The store temporarily does not have delivery and self-collection intervals.
The retailer resumed its online sale on July 25 after being suspended over the weekend. To place an order, customers must “hold” an electronic queue.
Waiting time in the queue will depend on the number of users on the site and can take anywhere from a few minutes to over an hour.
Buyers after going to the site will not be limited in time, but if there is no activity for 10 minutes, the system will return them to the queue. Previously, each customer was limited to 15 minutes to select products.
