A special SIP Internet telephony protocol is used for spam calls. Scammers make a call from a computer through a browser, and the addressee of the call displays a random number. Telecom operators should not allow such calls.

A special form has been placed to check the “State Services” for complaints of citizens about such calls. Every complaint will be considered and the operator can be fined if violations are found.
