Among them, women complained of constant fatigue – 34%, men less often – 27%. Also, 26% of respondents cited maintaining daily life and caring for family and children in general as the main cause of fatigue. Men chose work as the main cause of constant fatigue – 36%, women – 33%. Fatigue among men from family concerns – 8%.
The overall result of the survey shows that 69% of the respondents are tired from work, 30% of men are tired from tense and physically demanding work, and 27% of women are tired. Highly educated Russians – 41%, residents of megacities – 36%, cities of over million – 42% called work with a high level of stress as the cause of fatigue. The top 3 causes of fatigue included an excess of psychologically difficult situations – 27%, as well as a cottage and garden – 24%.
Depending on the age category, the participants began to get tired for various reasons. Young people are more likely to be worried about their health – 44%, than adults (economically active population) – tense and responsible work – 43-44%, and older people – 15%.
