Analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, who specializes in Apple, shared data on the company’s upcoming AR helmet.

According to him, the Cupertino people have high hopes for the AR helmet. It should be announced in January 2023. It is planned to deliver about 1.5 million devices.

Kuo believes the Apple Mixed Reality Headset will be “the company’s next revolutionary consumer electronics product after the iPhone.” It is expected to cost between $2,000 and $2,500. A higher price will negatively affect shipping.

The headset will address three main points: use case, ecosystem, savings/services/development, and hardware specifications. Apparently, it will be for media content and games.

In 2023, they will be less detected by small shipments in the same year. [9to5]
