Bondar says the Ukrainian-made drones will be equipped with locally produced parts and assemblies, such as engines.

“Just a week ago the government approved a bilateral agreement and sent it to parliament for approval, an agreement on the construction of the power plant. The owner of the company Baykar founded his own Ukrainian company in Ukraine, this company has already bought a plot of land, they have developed the project of the plant and plan to implement it to the end, because this was almost a personal commitment of the company. The owners of the company will do this production in Ukraine,” the media said, quoting Bondar.

Turkey had previously announced that it would not supply Bayraktar drones to Russia.
