“Romir” reported a drop to zero index of economic confidence of the Russians

The results of the study of the index of economic confidence of Russians were published by the Romir holding company.

In the first week of August, the index was 0%, down 7% from the previous week.

“Negative dynamics can be traced, both among viewers and among those who have YouTube as their main source of information,” said Romir.

The index is calculated based on the opinion of Russians about the current economic situation and its prospects. The index was first compiled in March 2022, when it was at -18%. Then the index grew and at the end of July it was at 7%, but then it fell to zero.

The study of the index is carried out with the participation of only verified Russians. The sample represents the population of Russian cities with more than 10,000 inhabitants.
