The authorities are going to send 2.67 billion rubles until 2024 to develop an industrial software market: it is being created by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, Kommersant found out.
The platform should help domestic companies replace solutions from foreign developers that have left the market due to sanctions.
The money will be used to create the ecosystem itself, its integration with external information systems, the development of services and their implementation in companies, and more.
The launch of the project should take place in September 2022, among the providers of software for the platform there are already Top Systems, 1C, Ascon, Nanosoft, Tesis, T1 Group and others.
For the first time, in October of last year, the plans of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce to create a “Multiservices Modular Industrial Platform” (MMPP) were revealed. MMPP, as the ministry hopes, should become a market for Russian industrial software (EPR, MDM, MES, SCADA, PDM, CAD).
Russian companies that need engineering software will be able to get it on the platform by subscription and offset part of their costs through subsidies.
