Employee reviews of employers appeared in Avito Rabota. Only those who found work in it through the service can leave a review about the company.
The novelty was told in Avito’s press service. They noted that a quarter of all vacancies (in total, according to the service, about 900 thousand) already have feedback from company employees.
Only an employee who has found a job with her through Avito Rabota can leave a review about a particular company; It doesn’t matter if you are a former employee or a current one. Comments can be left at five criteria:
- “Salary as in vacancies”;
- “Payments without delay”;
- “Processing is paid”;
- “No fines”;
- “No contributions.”
Avito Rabota managing director Artem Kumpel emphasized that the new system will help applicants make a decision.
“In turn, employers will have an added incentive to act with integrity towards their staff,” Kumpel said.
The platform has added the ability to filter employers by the presence of reviews.
According to its own data, Avito Rabota publishes around 900,000 vacancies and 2.6 million resumes. In total, 1.6 million employers are registered on the platform. Jobs on Avito are viewed by 20.5 million people each month.
