MegaFon distributor Revo Charge Rus registers four trademarks at once. They will allow the company to sell multicookers, televisions, refrigerators and other appliances.
Applications for the first three, Blax, Telik and Tvizi, the company filed in May, for the fourth, Veizer, in July, Vedomosti reported.
Revo Charge confirmed the information about the trademark registration, but did not say what specifically will be sold under them.
Revo Charge in the first quarter of 2022 provided up to 35% of the assortment in MegaFon retail stores. Odilbek Mannanov, a citizen of Uzbekistan, owns 20% of the shares in Revo Charge Rus, and Kirill Shibanov, Artur Iksanov and Ragim Shamshilov each own 5%.
In 2021, retail sales of household appliances and electronics with own brand exceeded 60 billion rubles. This is 42% more than the previous year.
Last year, sales of Megafon equipment and accessories increased by almost 30%, to 37.79 billion rubles. The total revenue of the operator amounted to 354 billion rubles, the net profit – 66 billion rubles.
